A web portal of Haryana Excise and Taxation department- www.haryanatax.com- has been launched in Chandigarh, which aims to solve the problems of taxpayers in a speedy and efficient way.
Excise and Taxation Commissioner Sudhir Rajpal, while launching the portal said it is an integrated smooth functioning system based on web technology for the facility of the taxpayers.
A special troubleshooting column has been set up on the website for the facility of taxpayers where they could register their complaint with a click, he said.
The complainant would also be able to track the online status of the complaint registered and actions taken by the department, Rajpal added.
