The State Vigilance Bureau today launched a new anti-corruption helpline on social networking websites Facebook, Twitter along with WhatsApp where people can send complaints about government officials who ask for bribe or harass them.
This anti-corruption helpline on the social media is in addition to existing helpline numbers 1064 and 18001802022, a Bureau spokesman said.
Besides, now complaints regarding corruption could be sent on WhatsApp number 9417891064 and Rohtak Vigilance Bureau numbers 9050028244 or 9050008241.
He said the complaints could also be forwarded on the bureau’s Facebook page and Twitter account.
