eGovWatch: Haryana Govt to launch ‘ÇM Window’ for grievance redressal

The Haryana government will launch ‘CM Web Portal’ on December 25 with a view to reduce the gap between government and people through the medium of information technology.

“‘CM Window’ would be inaugurated at all district headquarters so that the grievances of the people directly reach the government for redressal,” a spokesperson said.

Government will also launch a new system of registration in all tehsil offices to make registration work easy and transparent for the people.

Under the system, the registration would be carried out through the medium of e-disha centres where people concerned could come on a fixed time given to them with their documents for speedy registration.

In the first phase, this system would be introduced in district tehsils of Jagadhri, Thanesar, Kaithal, Jind, Karnal, Rohtak, Rewari and Faridabad.

Besides this, ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ would be organised in all parliamentary constituencies with the involvement of MLAs and other elected representatives concerned.

This campaign would also be supported by urban local bodies and development and panchayats departments, the spokesman added.
