eGovWatch: MyGov and Google to organise live chat to discuss ideas for PMO Mobile App

MyGov, in collaboration with Google, will organise an online chat session on Twitter on Monday to discuss ideas and suggestions for the PMO mobile app.

General public would be able to participate in the chat session for sharing their opinions, ideas and suggestions and even ask questions related to the initiative from the panelists by using the chat hashtag #PMOIndiaApp.

The session would be led by a panel of experts including RS Sharma, IT Secretary, Government of India, Rajan Anandan, VP and Managing Director, Google – South East Asia and India, Gaurav Dwivedi,CEO, MyGov and Amit Agarwal, India’s leading Tech Blogger.

This contest is being held across the country, at different institutions & colleges and has invited participation from all Indian citizens living anywhere in the world. Spread over the next three months, this initiative has been bifurcated into three phases of Ideation, Wireframe development and App development.

The shortlisted app will be presented to the PMO and the developers of the winning App will get a chance to visit the headquarters of Google in the US.
