AISECT Group launched a one-of-its-kind job portal Rojgar Mantra which caters primarily to the semi-urban and rural areas of our country. Rojgar Mantra is the intended platform through which AISECT plans to bridge the demand and supply gap in the job market in semi-urban and rural India. Rojgar Mantra will act as a medium for employers to narrow down their requirements and search for the right candidate and for job seekers to get jobs they are skilled at in their states and districts that are not too far from their hometowns, reducing the need to migrate or relocate to different regions
Rojgar Mantra portal registers and provides services to employers from unorganized, unconventional sectors and semi-urban and rural locations. The portal also gets field-level support from Rojgar Mantra Employment Information Centers – The Physical Training and Placement Centers spread across various locations in the country. Currently, AISECT has 170 such centers which help in Employer registration, Candidate mobilization and counselling.

- For Jobseekers: The portal helps with Resume Builder- Text and Video resume, Resume Booster and Job Alert Services
- For Employers: They offer Job Posting, Candidate Database access and Candidate Connect services
AISECT has an extensive database of skilled and semi-skilled manpower. The experience of successfully organizing Rojgar Melas (rural job fairs) has also enabled Rojgar Mantra to establish strong industry linkages. Over the last 10 years, AISECT in association with Rojgar Mantra has organized Rojgar melas in PAN India Locations covering over 15 states. In the past years, over 500 Rojgar melas were set up in plus locations with attendance from over 2.5 Lacs candidates.
Rojgar Mantra gives employers an access to lakhs of students and trained job seekers from various fields such as BFSI, Retail, Textile, Agriculture, Hospitality, manufacturing Allied sectors and Education. The portal primarily aims to provide jobseekers a vast pool of relevant jobs and organizations along with relevant guidance needed for them to land their dream job.

Currently, more than 17 Lacs jobseekers are registered with Rojgar Mantra portal. More than 1000 plus employers are registered who regularly posts their vacancies in portal. AISECT has facilitated lakhs of candidates for job placements through our Rojgar Melas and recruitment drives.
