8K Miles Software Services, a global secure cloud solutions company, has announced the acquisition of US-based SERJ Solutions to step up its presence in healthcare market with a new cloud-managed solution.
Through its US subsidiary, 8K Miles has acquired SERJ, a provider of Epic EHR consulting, custom application development and support solutions for the healthcare market. This will help 8K Miles to serve hospitals and healthcare providers by offering software as a service (SaaS) technology platform.
This move solidifies 8K Miles’ goal to offer a unique and differentiated cloud-managed solution to the healthcare sector by leveraging its expertise in cloud solutions, big data analytics, cloud security framework as well as identity management services and thus help healthcare providers to cut down the costs.
