Victoria based Campaspe Shire Council in Australia, has selected MetricStream to enable the execution of their risk management strategy. The council will use MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management Solution to streamline, automate and standardise their risk management processes.
The deployment will help establish a pervasive risk management culture across all levels of the organisation – extending from the council and management team, to employees, contractors, committees and volunteers.
It will enable and support the entire process of risk assessments, risk treatment, risk reporting, decision-making, and planning processes. Also, be used to manage policies, investigate and remediate risk related issues, and monitor compliance with risk management standards and guidelines, particularly AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009. In addition, it will help manage all health and safety incidents through a comprehensive root cause analysis, risk rating, auditing of outcomes, and corrective action.
