Axis Bank has announced the winners of MOVES 2026, its main campus engagement initiative, which brought together more than 43,000 students from over 110 institutions across India to explore the future of banking.
Held under the theme “Organization of the Future: Design for 2035″, the programme invited students from management and engineering institutions to develop ideas around the transformation of financial services.
MOVES 2026 focused on areas including customer experience, operations, risk management, workforce design and AI-enabled ecosystems. The initiative was positioned as a platform for students to work on real-world business challenges while strengthening industry-academia engagement.
“MOVES encourages students to address the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of banking. “The quality and originality of ideas presented this year reflect the immense potential of India’s emerging talent,” said Rajkamal Vempati, Group Head of Human Resources at Axis Bank.
The competition culminated in a grand finale in Mumbai, where finalist teams presented their ideas to a jury comprising senior leaders from the Axis Group. Winning teams received cash rewards as well as career opportunities at Axis Bank.
