ConvoZen. The AI Summit in Mumbai spotlights agentic AI and conversational intelligence for customer experience.

ConvoZen.AI recently hosted its ConvoZen.AI Summit at the Meta office in Mumbai, bringing together over 100 industry leaders to discuss how agentic AI and conversational intelligence are reshaping customer engagement and experience strategies.

The summit featured conversations on the evolving role of AI in direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models, along with practical challenges and opportunities around scaling AI-led customer interactions for Bharat—a market shaped by multilingual and multicultural complexity.

Discussions at the event focused on how organisations can move beyond experimentation towards building AI systems that are inclusive, scalable and capable of delivering real-time, context-aware interactions across diverse customer segments.

The sessions included perspectives from speakers and panellists including Ajay Lulla, Nilesh Kambli, Arzan Singpurwalla, Suraj B, Ankit Singh and Riddhika S.

The summit concluded with an emphasis on India’s growing role not only as an adopter of AI technologies, but also as a contributor to shaping how agentic and conversational AI evolves for large-scale, real-world use cases.
