CREO launches Mark 1 at Rs. 19,999; features 21-megapixel camera, 3GB RAM

CREO, a Bangalore based technology company last week launched the Mark 1 smartphone in India, priced at Rs. 19,999. The handset is available to purchase from the company’s official website (www.creosense.com) and on e-commerce portal, Flipkart.

Mark 1 is based on a proprietary stock Android Operating System – FUEL OS that features a 5.5-inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) resolution display with a pixel density of 534ppi. It packs a 1.9GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, clubbed with 3GB of RAM.

In the camera department, the Mark 1 houses a 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor IMX230 sensor along with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone videography has the ability to shoot 120 FPS Ultra Slo-Mo videos in Full HD (1080p). It can also record 4K Videos and has a quick-fire 0.5s PDAF Auto-Focus powering the 21MP sensor. The device is also equipped with 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.

The Mark 1 on the connectivity front supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity. A 3100mAh battery backs the handset. Like several other handsets in the market at this price range, the Mark 1 also too features a fingerprint sensor.

Mark 1 also has few OS level features such as Retriever – an app that help in finding phone in case of theft or lose; Echo – a voice based answering machine system completely independent of carriers and devices, Sense – a universal phone search that finds what a user is looking for when user double tap on the home button.
