An official website of Advocate General of Haryana was launched by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar  which will now facilitate people to view aims and objectives of this office.

Khattar  which will now facilitate people to view aims and objectives of this office. On this occasion, the Chief Minister was presented with a cheque of Rs 33,44,000 by Haryana Advocate General Baldev Raj Mahajan for Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, said an official release.

The amount has been contributed by Law Officers.  Hundred per cent filing of the cases for the State of Haryana is being done through e-filing system. Almost all pending cases have been entered in the E-diary, provided to this office by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, a release said.

With the launch of this website, entire information pertaining to the office of Advocate General is now available on the click of a button. One can view list of former Advocate Generals of Haryana along with their profile. E-library facility is also available on this website.

Now one can easily know the names and strengths of the present Law Officers along with their designations and supervisors of the respective Branches, the release said. All rules and bye-laws, circulars and standing orders  issued by the Office of Advocate General, Haryana from time to time, would be available on the web portal.

Also,the names of Appellate Authority, Nodal Officer, State Public Information Officer, Assistant State Public Information Officer and assisting staff dealing with the RTI Act are available on the Portal.
