Eros Innovation and enQase partner to develop a quantum-safe trust architecture for AI and digital assets

Eros Innovation has announced a strategic joint venture with enQase to develop what the companies describe as a sovereign, quantum-resilient trust architecture designed to protect digital identity, artificial intelligence assets and cultural intellectual property.

The initiative, called the Eros Sovereign Trust Layer, aims to address emerging cybersecurity challenges associated with long-lived digital assets, including AI training datasets, digital identities and creative intellectual property. The collaboration reflects growing industry interest in quantum-safe cryptography as organisations prepare for future computing capabilities that could weaken current encryption methods.

Preparing digital infrastructure for quantum-era risks

According to the companies, the trust layer will combine quantum-resilient encryption standards with hardware-based randomness and software-driven key lifecycle management. The architecture is designed to support long-term protection of high-value digital assets such as AI models, training data, digital identities and cultural archives.

The platform is also intended to support governance frameworks for secure AI training environments, digital asset provenance tracking and consent-based identity management systems. These capabilities are expected to help organisations manage intellectual property and digital ownership across distributed digital ecosystems.

Industry analysts note that as artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into media production, content distribution and digital identity systems, protecting training datasets and creative assets from future computational threats is becoming a strategic priority.

Expanding trust frameworks for AI ecosystems

The companies said the trust architecture is designed to secure a wide range of applications, including digital content archives, AI-powered creative workflows and global distribution platforms. It is also expected to support verification and lineage tracking for AI-generated outputs, which is increasingly important as generative AI systems are adopted across media and entertainment industries.

With the collaboration, Eros Innovation aims to strengthen the security foundations of its AI-driven media and cultural technology initiatives, while enQase contributes its quantum-safe infrastructure capabilities.

The joint venture reflects a broader industry shift towards building security models capable of protecting digital assets over multi-decade timeframes as advances in computing and AI reshape digital ecosystems.
