Lenovo launches IdeaPad Yoga in India

Lenovo, India ushered in a new phase in personal computing with the launch of the much-awaited IdeaPad Yoga- 13-inch and 11-inch in India. One of the hottest products showcased at CES 2012 with 14 awards to its credit, the Yoga is a spectacular multi-mode device that has the unique ability to flip and fold, while offering the user versatility by transforming effortlessly from an ultrabook into a media-friendly tablet in a quick, singular motion.

This Windows 8 device is a svelte, all day mobile companion that blends productivity and play to perfection. Infused with powerful 3rd generation ®Intel Core™ processors, Yoga 13 weighing a mere 1.54 kg provides superlative laptop-grade performance to get work done all day without slowing down, thanks to its super slim 0.6 inch frame and eight hours of battery life. At the flip of the special patented double hinge, the keyboard flips 360° all the way to beneath the display to transform into a media-friendly tablet primed with rich audio-visual features like Dolby Home Theatre. Yoga 11’s size, weight (1.25kg) and long 10 hour battery life make it a great tablet. And with Windows RT and Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, it can provide the essentials needed to do office tasks as an Ultrabook in laptop mode.

The Yoga is further equipped with Lenovo’s Enhanced Experience 8.0, to help explore new usage scenarios with a world of apps, while offering features like faster boot up and cloud services.
