MyMobiForce witnesses 300% spike during festive season

MMF’s AI-driven platform has helped brands to automate the installation efforts of consumer electronics during this festive sale. The platform has touched a major milestone as it becomes India’s go-to destination for on-demand technical services this festive season. With this demand, over 1000+ freelancers joined MyMobiForce serving 100 plus cities across 19 states, 2000+ pin codes and 500 Technicians covering seven gig tasks every day, allowing the platform to manage country-wide service deliveries on the scale of 30,000 calls over the platform. This  evolved processes allowed easy management of such large sale volumes.

MyMobiforce’s platform was upgraded to perform seamless automation of assigning tasks to individual freelancers over the platform. The system was responsible to carry out tasks like Pre-recorded messaging, Autodialers, Real-time tracking, Chatbot Supports, and all the necessary pre-requisites for seamless operations. Further, the company was able to successfully address its regional challenges by supporting vernacular language in the MMF Gig Workers App.

According to Dheeraj Khatter, Co-Founder, MyMobiForce, “After lull period last year due to covid, we are seeing a huge demand this year, this is a positive sign for the GIG sector. This year, we are seeing 150 per ent spike in gig workers willing to work with Mymobiforce to serve the brands.”

He further added that our technology team produced some amazing outcomes via automated task assigning, onboarding, payments, and approvals.
