Orient Technologies Opens New Service Delivery Centre in Turbe Featuring Integrated NOC and SOC

Orient Technologies Limited has announced the opening of a new Service Delivery Centre (SDC) in Turbe, Navi Mumbai. The facility includes an integrated Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC), designed to support round-the-clock monitoring, threat detection, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure management for its enterprise clients.

The centre has been built with a high-availability architecture that incorporates automation-led processes to manage large-scale, multi-vendor IT environments. According to the company, the new SDC will support organisations across sectors such as BFSI, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, ITES, and government, particularly those requiring continuous operations and enhanced security visibility.

Integration of Securonix Technology for Security Operations

The opening of the Turbe facility comes shortly after Orient Technologies announced a strategic tie-up with Securonix, a recognised player in the SIEM segment. The company has integrated Securonix’s Unified Defense SIEM—featuring advanced analytics and AI-driven threat detection into its SOC workflows.

This integration is intended to help enterprises address emerging security challenges, including AI-enabled cyberattacks, complex malware patterns, and tightened compliance requirements. The enhanced SOC setup also aims to support organisations facing a shortage of skilled cybersecurity professionals.

Industry Perspective: Focus on Resilience and Operational Continuity

Ajay Sawant, Chairman & Managing Director at Orient Technologies, said: “The new Turbe Service Delivery Centre is aimed at strengthening the resilience and responsiveness of managed services, particularly in security and IT infrastructure operations.” The facility includes teams dedicated to cloud operations, cybersecurity, ITeS, end-user support, IT asset management, and performance monitoring. It also aligns with global compliance standards to support enterprises operating in regulated environments.

Strengthening Service Capacity for Enterprise Clients

Shrihari Bhat, Chief Executive Officer at Orient Technologies, said: “The integration of Securonix technology into our SOC is intended to provide stronger detection and incident response capabilities for customers.”

With the expansion, the company expects to increase capacity for managing larger and more complex IT environments while maintaining service continuity.
