Prestige Group has entered into a three-year strategic partnership with Autodesk to implement an enterprise-wide, cloud-based design and construction platform, marking a major step in digitally transforming real estate project delivery.
At the centre of this collaboration is the deployment of Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and the Autodesk AEC Collection, creating a unified digital ecosystem that connects design, planning, execution, and operations across Prestige Group’s portfolio.
This move reflects a broader shift in the real estate sector towards data-driven, platform-led development models, where fragmented workflows are replaced by integrated, end-to-end digital systems. By standardising on Autodesk’s “Design and Make” platform, Prestige aims to enable real-time collaboration across architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders within a single connected environment.
A key technological highlight of the partnership is the enterprise-scale implementation of 4D and 5D digital construction capabilities. By integrating time (4D) and cost (5D) dimensions with 3D design models, the platform enables dynamic project simulation, real-time cost tracking, and predictive scheduling, significantly improving execution accuracy and risk management.
This approach allows teams to visualise project timelines, identify bottlenecks early, and optimise resource allocation—bringing greater control and transparency to large-scale, multi-phase developments. It also supports scenario-based planning, where design changes can be instantly evaluated for their impact on timelines and budgets.
From an operational standpoint, the partnership introduces process standardisation and ecosystem-wide digital alignment, ensuring consistent workflows across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. It also includes capability-building initiatives to onboard partners into a digitally integrated delivery model, reinforcing long-term scalability and resilience.
According to Vishesh Kaul, the initiative is focused on building a connected digital backbone that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and control across the project lifecycle. Kamolika Gupta Peres highlighted the growing adoption of cloud-based, data-centric platforms as developers prioritise efficiency, sustainability, and faster project delivery.
By combining cloud infrastructure, integrated workflows, and advanced simulation capabilities, this partnership positions Prestige Group among early adopters of enterprise-scale digital construction in India. It also signals a larger industry transformation, where real estate development is evolving into a technology-driven, software-defined process powered by data, automation, and predictive intelligence.
