Qwikcilver partners Philippine Airlines to offer its Asset Manager Program

Qwikcilver, a subsidiary of Pine Labs, and a provider of end-to-end gifting solutions, has partnered with Philippine Airlines (“PAL”) for its asset manager program (“Asset Manager”). Designed in collaboration with Amadeus, this program will assist PAL to further enhance the customer satisfaction by allowing immediate refund vouchers in the form of travel credits.

Asset Manager by Qwikcilver is a bespoke, modern solution and is completely SaaS based. Offering a holistic, digital, real-time, multi-currency, multi-lingual, future-ready and versatile platform, it enables airlines to manage their various commonly encountered passenger-oriented requirements. Keeping up with the dynamic times, Asset Manager is constantly evolving, beginning with a base product to unique passenger friendly concepts like, among others, the ‘wallet’ and ‘flight pass’ that aim to allow passengers to manage their travel bookings effortlessly. Through the integration with Amadeus channels, Asset Manager aims to allow airlines to benefit quickly from various features in a seamless manner.
