Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ServiceNow have entered into a multi-year strategic collaboration aimed at helping enterprises accelerate large-scale adoption of artificial intelligence across core business operations. The partnership will focus on developing industry-specific AI solutions designed to automate complex workflows and transform fragmented processes into intelligent, autonomous systems.
As enterprises increasingly shift from pilot programmes to production-scale deployments, the collaboration will centre on building AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform that incorporate governance, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The offerings are expected to address enterprise functions such as human resources, finance, supply chain, procurement, and employee services, where organisations are seeking to modernise legacy operating models through AI-driven workflows.
Under the agreement, TCS will integrate its AI-led business transformation capabilities with ServiceNow’s workflow automation platform to deliver solutions that unify enterprise processes and enable more proactive, insight-driven operations. The companies said the collaboration aims to support enterprises in embedding agentic AI directly into workflows, reducing operational silos and improving visibility across business functions.
The partnership also includes plans for co-innovation initiatives, including joint labs, solution showcases, and integrated go-to-market programmes designed to help organisations transition from experimentation to scaled AI adoption. By combining industry expertise with AI-enabled workflow orchestration, the companies aim to help enterprises modernise operations while improving efficiency, resilience, and decision-making.
