UltraLED appoints SPARK Technologies as distributor across 13 states

UltraLED Displays has appointed SPARK Technologies as an official distributor under its ULTRA NEXUS distribution framework, expanding its channel reach across 13 states in India.

The appointment was announced at InfoComm India 2026, being held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai from September 16 to 18. It marks the fourth onboarding under ULTRA NEXUS, a programme designed to strengthen regional access, partner support and deployment readiness for UltraLED’s professional LED display solutions.

SPARK Technologies will manage distribution across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Assam.

The company has a channel network of more than 6,500 partners and over 28 years of distribution experience. Its portfolio spans IT, communications, professional audio-visual technology, digital signage, electronic security, cybersecurity, point-of-sale systems and power management.

UltraLED said the partnership is intended to improve access to its products and support system integrators and enterprise customers with integrated technology requirements. SPARK’s customer base includes institutions across railways, defence and public works.

ULTRA NEXUS is structured to extend distributors’ roles beyond product availability, with a focus on regional market development, partner enablement and execution support. The framework aims to improve coordination across supply, deployment and after-sales services.

Mr Kumarraju Rudraraju, managing director, Titan Intech Limited, said distribution and regional market understanding would be important as the professional display business expands.

“SPARK Technologies brings the channel depth and regional understanding needed to make that connection stronger,” Rudraraju said. “Through ULTRA NEXUS, we are building a distribution structure that can respond to market requirements with greater speed while giving system integrators a more dependable path to UltraLED solutions.”

Rajesh Budhwar, director, SPARK Technologies, said the LED display market increasingly requires technical knowledge and application support alongside hardware distribution. He said SPARK would work to bring UltraLED’s technology closer to system integrators and enterprise customers across its markets.

Expanding channel coverage

In an interaction, Su Piow Ko, Director, Titan Intech Limited, described the company’s distribution expansion as part of its effort to reach different customer segments across India.

Ko said UltraLED was adding distributors across regions, with coverage spanning government, corporate and retail markets. He also identified government infrastructure as a focus area, including control rooms, command centres, airports, railways, transportation projects and government offices.

“The focus is still in India because India is growing very fast,” Ko said, adding that the company’s pipeline of projects was increasing.

He said the company was also investing in local manufacturing and technical capabilities, including plans to recruit more technical and factory personnel and strengthen product design and development.

Ko added that UltraLED’s AV expansion was driven partly by customers seeking complementary equipment alongside displays, particularly for education and meeting rooms.

The distributor appointment follows UltraLED’s broader expansion into professional AV solutions and its focus on locally engineered display technology. The company said ULTRA NEXUS is intended to build a more coordinated channel network and improve regional responsiveness.
