Key Highlights:
1) Digital is the future. We realised this fact well in time and drew up our roadmap accordingly.
2) Over the last three years, our number of branches has declined by 14%, but our business has grown by 25%.
3) Last year in the space of digital lending, BOB has done 65 thousand crore digital loans, out of which 25% is end-to-end digital.
4) BOB brought out bob World for its customers and it’s the second-largest downloaded application in the country.
5) Digital Banking Unit or DBU can be a good expansion strategy instead of expanding the number of branches.
