“While conceptualizing the service delivery mechanism for Passport Seva, we have always focused on transparency, accountability and reaching out to the people of India across the country. We always believe that when people approach our offices, they should feel connected and their concerns are well taken care of. We have made excellent use of the PPP concept for improving upon our service delivery model,” says Golok Kumar Simli, Principal Advisor and Chief Technology Officer, the Passport Seva Programme, Ministry of External Affairs, India.
