[1] Pratap Singh, Principal Commissioner – Income Tax, Gurugram:
+ Today, almost all the income tax processes ranging from filing to returns to grievance redressal, are digital. The development has enabled us to reach to the grassroots level. The rising number of tax filings is evidence to the growth that technology has helped us achieve.

[2] Vivek Bhimanwar, Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra:
+ Considering the number of police personnel against the number of vehicles and the length of roads in the state, it’s practically impossible to keep a track of compliance. Therefore, we have deployed the Integrated Traffic Management System which automates the monitoring of vehicle movement and helps us in effective traffic management.

+ We are working with 44 incubators of which 4 have been built in-house. Also, we are planning to come up with entrepreneurship innovation startup cells.

+ The solutions that we provide are modular and future-ready. So these can scaled up based on business requirements.

[5] KPS Pavan Kumar, Special Secretary, IT, Assam:
+ In Assam there are around 375 citizen services that are notified under the Right to Public Services (RTPS) Act are offered online through our platform SevaSetu. For people residing on islands on the Brahmaputra river, we are planning to launch smart boat kiosks.
