Cybersecurity company Arctic Wolf has expanded its Research and Development centre in Bengaluru, making it the company’s largest R&D centre globally.
The expansion has increased Arctic Wolf’s India workforce from 46 employees when the company began operations in the country in 2024 to more than 550 in 2026. The company plans to hire another 90 employees as it expands its India operations.
The Bengaluru facility at Helios Business Park in Marathahalli now covers 55,000 square feet and has capacity for 550 employees. It serves as an engineering and product development hub for Arctic Wolf’s Aurora platform, with teams working across engineering, IT infrastructure, product management, programme management, AI and security operations.
Bengaluru now accounts for nearly 20% of Arctic Wolf’s global workforce, according to the company.
“The threat landscape is constantly evolving and staying ahead requires continuous research to anticipate emerging threats before they materialise,” said Nick Schneider, President and CEO of Arctic Wolf. “Our teams in India are playing an increasingly important role in that work, and this expansion is a clear step toward scaling it further.”
