German technology consulting and IT services company Adesso SE and Hitachi Digital Services have entered into a strategic partnership to help enterprises accelerate transformation through AI, cloud modernisation, digital engineering and IT/OT convergence.
The collaboration combines Adesso’s enterprise consulting, software engineering and cloud transformation capabilities with Hitachi Digital Services’ expertise in industrial digital solutions, AI-driven innovation, digital engineering and operational technology. The companies will focus on helping enterprises modernise legacy environments, scale AI adoption and strengthen operational resilience across manufacturing, automotive, energy, utilities, transportation, financial services and healthcare.
The partnership also strengthens India’s role in Adesso’s global operating model, with the company positioning its Indian operations as an engineering and collaboration hub connecting teams across India and Europe. Adesso is also exploring opportunities to connect Indian start-ups with European enterprises, research communities and innovation ecosystems.
From Hitachi Digital Services’ perspective, the partnership is expected to strengthen its engagement with enterprises in Germany and the wider European market by combining industrial digital transformation, AI, cloud modernisation and IT/OT capabilities with Adesso’s consulting expertise and regional relationships.
The companies aim to pursue larger enterprise transformation opportunities as businesses invest in AI, cloud-native platforms, intelligent automation, industrial IoT, cybersecurity and connected operations.
