JLL Business Services opens 120,000 sq. ft. GCC in Hyderabad, plans to scale to 1,600 employees

JLL has inaugurated a 120,000 sq. ft. Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad for JLL Business Services (JBS), marking the company’s second India hub after Gurugram. Located in the Prestige Sky Tech building in Hyderabad’s Financial District, the centre is expected to expand to 1,600 employees over the next two years.

The new GCC will deliver services including advanced analytics, technology-enabled solutions, finance, HR, project management, lease administration and business process optimisation as part of JLL’s global operations platform.

The announcement comes as Hyderabad continues to strengthen its position as a GCC hub. According to JLL, the city accounted for 16% of India’s GCC leasing activity between 2024 and mid-2026, with GCCs contributing 42% of Hyderabad’s total office leasing during the period.

“Our choice of Hyderabad was strategic and deliberate. By establishing our GCC in one of India’s deepest talent markets, we are integrating exceptional people with standardized processes and AI-enabled workflows,” said Matthew Rees, Chief Shared Service Centre Officer, JLL Business Services.

“Hyderabad offers something truly distinctive: access to India’s exceptional STEM talent pool, leadership in specialised high-value sectors, and an innovation ecosystem synonymous with global capability excellence,” said Dheeraj Popli, Head, Global Service Centre, India, JLL Business Services.
