Team Computers recently launched the Institute of Business Intelligence at its command center in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. Ranjan Chopra, CMD, Team Computers, said, “The aim of IBI is to develop solution architects and not just BI mechanics. The solution architect asks and understands why a certain dashboard or analysis are needed and how it can solve business problems.”
“Getting qualified QlikView solution architects has always been tough for enterprises. With the Institute of Business Intelligence, where the course content has been driven from the best practices in business intelligence deployed at over 175 customers across India and thje United States, we aim to ensure that getting good resources becomes easier,” commented A Rajendran, Director, Team Computers.
The Institute is focused on building solution experts on business intelligence platforms like QlikView. The first batch of IBI has seen students with experience as CAs, engineers and from the commerce domain. Going forward other BI solutions such as IBM Cognos will also be incorporated.
