Vertiv India partners with Inflow Technologies to expand distribution across South Asia

Vertiv India has entered into a distribution partnership with Singapore-based ICT distributor Inflow Technologies to expand its presence in Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The agreement will make Vertiv’s power, cooling and IT infrastructure solutions available to customers in these markets through Inflow’s distribution network.

Announced on October 27, 2026, the partnership covers uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, precision cooling solutions for data centre and edge environments, and IT racks and enclosures. Vertiv will also provide technical training and product support as part of the arrangement.

The partnership comes as governments and enterprises across South Asia advance digital transformation initiatives and adopt cloud services. These developments are driving demand for infrastructure that can support IT operations, including reliable power supply and cooling systems.

Partnership expands access to power and cooling solutions

Under the agreement, Inflow Technologies will distribute Vertiv’s products across Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The arrangement extends Vertiv India’s reach into neighbouring markets and gives enterprise IT teams and system integrators access to its infrastructure portfolio.

The products covered by the partnership include UPS systems, which provide backup power during interruptions to the main electricity supply. The portfolio also includes precision cooling solutions for data centres and edge environments, where managing heat is important for the operation of IT equipment.

IT racks and enclosures are also part of the offering. These products are used to house and organise IT equipment within infrastructure environments.

Alongside product distribution, Vertiv will provide technical training and product support. This will give customers and channel partners access to support related to the products available through the partnership.

The companies said the arrangement is intended to address the needs of customers expanding their infrastructure across the region. Enterprise IT teams and system integrators are among the groups expected to use the solutions as they scale their operations.

Digital transformation drives infrastructure requirements

The partnership comes against the backdrop of increased investment in digital infrastructure across South Asia. According to the announcement, governments and enterprises in the region are progressing with digital transformation initiatives and cloud adoption.

These activities are creating demand for power and thermal management infrastructure that can support digital systems. Data centres and edge environments require power infrastructure and cooling solutions to operate their IT equipment.

Vertiv’s portfolio includes solutions for these requirements, while the agreement with Inflow is intended to extend access to the products across the five markets.

The partnership also brings together Vertiv’s infrastructure portfolio and Inflow’s regional distribution network. The companies expect this arrangement to improve product access and support the needs of customers and channel partners in the markets covered by the agreement.

The announcement did not provide country-wise distribution plans or specify how the partnership’s rollout would be phased across Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

Companies aim to strengthen channel network

Reginald Borges, director of business development for international operations at Vertiv India, said the partnership would help the company improve market reach and strengthen confidence among channel partners.

He said the association would combine Vertiv’s solutions and capabilities with Inflow Technologies’ local partner network and financial enablement. Borges added that the focus extended beyond distribution to building an ecosystem that could support the growth of partners and customers.

Inflow Technologies will work with Vertiv’s engineering and product teams as part of the partnership. This collaboration is intended to help customers access power and cooling infrastructure as their businesses expand.

Kousalya Narayan, vice-president of South Asia channel at Inflow Technologies, said the partnership would bring together the capabilities of both companies to support infrastructure growth across the region.

Narayan said Inflow would act as a growth partner for Vertiv in South Asia and work with its engineering and product teams to help customers build power and cooling infrastructure. She also said the companies intended to support the region’s ICT ecosystem and the long-term growth of customers and channel partners.

The partnership establishes a distribution arrangement across five South Asian markets, with product access, technical training and support forming part of the agreement. The announcement did not disclose financial terms or provide sales targets for the partnership.
