Blue Cloud Softech Solutions’ US subsidiary, BCSSL-USA, has signed a Statement of Work with SpaceX International Ltd, Malaysia, with a minimum contractual commitment of $150 million over 18 months for AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions.

The agreement, issued under a Master Services Agreement signed in July 2026, will cover the design, deployment, integration, security and operation of a dedicated, sovereign-grade AI compute and data centre platform.

Under the agreement, $70 million is allocated to AI infrastructure, $25 million to cybersecurity, $25 million to telecommunications and $30 million to data centre solutions. The programme will be delivered across five phases over six quarterly billing periods, beginning with assessment and design and moving to managed operations in the sixth quarter.

The scope includes GPU and accelerator cluster deployment, MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, a Security Operations Centre with SIEM/SOAR, network and NOC-managed connectivity, data centre commissioning and disaster recovery capabilities.

“This engagement is an important milestone for our AI infrastructure business and reflects Blue Cloud’s ability to design, build and operate integrated AI compute, cybersecurity and data-Centre solutions at scale,” said Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions.

Bhaskar Nallamilli, CEO of BCSSL-USA, said the engagement reflects the company’s growing capability to deliver integrated AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre programmes for global clients.
