MathCo has announced a transition to an AI-native operating model as the enterprise AI and analytics company marks 10 years of operations.

The company said the new model is expected to create more than 2,000 specialised AI roles and expand its workforce to more than 4,000 AI-native professionals across India and the US over the next four years. This will include Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), alongside upskilling existing employees and targeted hiring.

MathCo also said it plans to extend the AI-native model across its client base and is targeting threefold growth over the next four years.

“Ten years ago, we started MathCo with a vision to democratize data-driven decision-making and equip enterprises with smarter intelligence. That vision has evolved into something much bigger, helping organizations embed intelligence into the fabric of their businesses, enabling faster, smarter, and more confident decisions,” said Sayandeb Banerjee, CEO and Cofounder, MathCo.

“We are now redefining AI Services for modern enterprises and bringing the ‘AI-Native Way of Working’ to life. Transforming into an AI-native organization is about fundamentally rethinking how businesses operate, solve problems, and create using AI. Our aim is also to help our clients bring AI into every aspect of their business, so they can move beyond simply adapting to AI and use it to create lasting competitive advantage,” Banerjee added.

MathCo also announced The Thinking Architecture, an AI framework comprising four components—consumption, orchestration, integration and context, supported by a shared platform foundation. The framework is intended to help organisations integrate AI across functions, workflows and decision-making.
