[2] Artificial intelligence has to be empowered with human intelligence. We have to bring domain intelligence into AI, and that is what really creates the business outcome.
[3] If you do not have the knowledge and if you do not have the context, you will not be able to build the intelligence that can take you to the ROI.
[4] We start with business value, and we always look for hard ROI. If there is no ROI, we are not going to try technology for the sake of technology.
[5] It is human and AI coming together that really creates business outcomes that cannot be achieved by one or the other alone.
