Protecting personal data is essential for building brand trust.
80% of breached organizations stated that their customers’ personal data or PII was compromised during the breach, as per Ponemon cost of data breach study.
In addition, regulations like the Personal Data Protection Bill, currently being analysed by a JPC, could result in penalties of up to INR 15 crore for non-compliance with personal data requirements.
