Genpact is employing workforce management solutions from Kronos Incorporated to run time and absence management processes for many of its employees in multiple countries. Kronos’ global deployment capabilities enabled Genpact to implement the solution across multiple countries including India, the Philippines, and the US. As a result of the successful implementation, Genpact will subsequently roll out Kronos to an additional ten countries in Asia and Europe. Kronos integrates to Genpact’s deployment of an Oracle HR and payroll system for seamless management of employee data.
