ICT Academy, an initiative of the Information Technology and Digital Services Department, announced its partnership with ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow company, to take its digital training and skills program to 1,000+ ICT Academy partner institutions to benefit more than 2,000 teachers and students in the next 24 months.

This partnership aims to drive skill initiatives among faculty and the students of member institutions. This initiative will help universities and autonomous colleges adopt ServiceNow platform skills as a part of the curriculum, educating the students, and creating a talent pipeline of ServiceNow-certified professionals into the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a part of this partnership, ICT Academy will organize outreach programs, certified instructor programs, faculty development programs, as well as student training and certification programs to make them job-ready.
