KPMG in India and Zoho have announced a strategic alliance to support enterprises in India with digital transformation, combining KPMG’s consulting and advisory capabilities with Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 cloud-based business applications.
The partnership will target mid-market and large enterprises looking for integrated, scalable and privacy-focused SaaS solutions, with a focus on AI, automation, agility and data-driven decision-making.
The companies plan to collaborate across advisory and strategy, implementation and managed services, using a combination of alliance, managed services and reseller models. The partnership will include joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling and co-delivery, managed services, reseller enablement and development of industry-specific solutions.
“By bringing together our advisory-led expertise with Zoho’s scalable cloud solutions, the collaboration is intended to help organisations explore a more integrated approach to transformation initiatives,” said Unaise Urfi, Partner, Digital Solutions and Strategy, KPMG in India.
“Businesses in India are sitting on enormous potential to scale digitally, but disparate tools, siloed data, and integration hassles hold most of them back. This broken digital foundation also limits how far AI initiatives can scale,” said Bishan Singh, Director, Global Partner Program at Zoho.
Singh added that Zoho’s integrated technology stack, including its AI layer, is intended to help enterprises address privacy, data residency and governance requirements as regulations evolve in India.
