Lenovo launches finance schemes to improve PC adoption

Tech major Lenovo, in partnership with chip maker Intel, will offer finance schemes to make computers more accessible to youth across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Lenovo will offer 100 per cent financing with zero down payment and zero interest on the purchase of high performance laptops and all-in-ones (AIOs) from mid-November 2014 across all Lenovo stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the company said in a statement.

Lenovo has tied up with a consortium of 11 banks including HDFC Bank, Citibank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank, Indusind Bank, American Express Bank, SBI-GE and Rathnakar Bank Ltd.
