NTT DATA will transition Niveus Solutions to the NTT DATA brand in October 2026, marking a further step in integrating the cloud engineering company it acquired in February 2025.
The transition will see the Niveus brand gradually retired from the external market, while operational integration continues over time, NTT DATA said.
The company said clients and partners would continue to have access to Niveus’s existing expertise, talent and innovation capabilities, backed by NTT DATA’s broader scale and services portfolio.
The integration is intended to strengthen NTT DATA’s cloud, artificial intelligence and Google Cloud offerings, supporting its work with organisations on digital transformation initiatives across industries and markets.
