Tsaaro Consulting has rebranded as Tsaaro People Consulting as it shifts its focus towards staff augmentation and practitioner-led delivery across privacy, cybersecurity, risk management and AI.
The company said the move follows growth across India, Europe and the Middle East and reflects its focus on deploying experienced professionals directly into client teams. The model is aimed at organisations that require immediate operational capabilities, including fast-growing companies building governance functions and established teams seeking interim senior expertise.
Tsaaro People Consulting will also focus on working with Big Four firms, consulting companies and system integrators as a specialised talent provider. The company is moving from a direct B2C strategy towards a B2B2B2C model, with its professionals supporting client programmes through established service providers.
The company said the shift is driven by the gap between having compliance policies in place and implementing them effectively. As privacy and cybersecurity regulations evolve, organisations require practitioners who can manage day-to-day risks, implement governance frameworks and support regulatory requirements.
Tsaaro People Consulting will offer specialist staff augmentation for three, six or 12-month engagements, alongside dedicated expert pods comprising three to six professionals. Its SME-on-Demand model will provide access to senior specialists for 10, 20, 40 or 80 hours a month.
The company will also provide fractional and interim leadership, including virtual CISOs, data protection officers and AI governance leads. Its leadership as a service offering includes DPO as a service, CISO as a service and AI officer as a service.
The company said it will prioritise sustained, embedded engagements and practitioner-led delivery, while existing client engagements will continue under the Tsaaro People Consulting name.

With more than 150 certified practitioners, Tsaaro People Consulting operates across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune and Noida in India, along with offices in Dubai and Amsterdam.
