[1] If we start with a business goal, whether it is eliminating friction, achieving a 30% improvement or taking 20% less time, the possibility of that AI initiative going beyond the zero-to-one stage and scaling from one to ten is much higher and faster.

[2] If we start with a business KPI and are clear about the impact we want to create, the possibility of the AI initiative moving beyond the pilot stage and scaling is much higher.

[3] When we talk about AI, we need to understand what kind of cost, governance and risk issues are involved. If all the answers are clear and it impacts the business, we need to go ahead and unlock it.

[4] It all depends on why we start. If we start because we have an LLM that can read and populate a page, it is very different from starting with a business problem.

[5] Scaling up AI is also a challenge. Most organisations are stuck in AI pilots, so we need to make sure that AI scales and delivers business benefits.
