[3] Using our advanced Analytics tool – Medha Analytics, We have 150+ dashboards in our system, we do not use any Excel sheets. We are doing pilots with GenAI as well
[4] Business case funding works better for large scale projects. One can also work with roadmap based funding for ongoing design and build
[5] Linking IT to revenue and cash flow outcomes, focusing on better communication, co-ideation, periodic updates, aligning the outcome narrative, and business value realisation
