Teleport, a Bengaluru-based AI-driven visa processing platform backed by StampMyVisa, has introduced Teleport Care, a technology-enabled concierge visa service designed to simplify international travel for elderly Indian citizens through a hybrid model of automation and human assistance.

The platform addresses a long-standing gap in the travel ecosystem, where visa processing remains one of the least digitised and most complex user journeys. While booking, itineraries, and payments have been streamlined through digital innovation, visa applications continue to rely on fragmented workflows, manual inputs, and low user guidance—posing a significant challenge for senior citizens.

Teleport Care reimagines this experience through a tech-enabled, assisted-service model, where backend automation handles document validation, workflow orchestration, and appointment scheduling, while a dedicated relationship manager delivers end-to-end, in-person support. This includes home visits for document collection, application preparation, and guided assistance through biometric appointments and visa interviews.

A key differentiator lies in the platform’s real-time communication layer, which integrates WhatsApp-based updates to keep NRI family members informed throughout the process. This ensures transparency and visibility across geographies, eliminating the need for remote coordination and reducing anxiety for families managing applications from abroad.

The underlying infrastructure built by StampMyVisa enables a digitally orchestrated workflow engine, where processes such as document compliance checks, appointment slot booking, and application tracking are automated. This allows human agents to focus on high-touch interactions, creating a seamless experience that blends operational efficiency with empathy-driven service delivery.

The service is currently live for visa applications to key global destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Schengen countries, targeting a growing demographic segment. Industry estimates indicate that nearly a quarter of India’s outbound travellers are elderly individuals visiting family abroad, highlighting the scale of the opportunity.
