Liferay and MindCraft have entered into a strategic partnership to help enterprises modernise their digital experience platforms and accelerate digital transformation initiatives, particularly across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

The collaboration combines Liferay’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP) with MindCraft’s capabilities in technology consulting, system integration and solution delivery. The companies aim to help organisations address challenges associated with fragmented systems, legacy applications and increasingly complex technology environments.

Under the partnership, enterprises will be supported in building connected digital platforms that can be managed, personalised and scaled across customer, partner and employee touchpoints.

MindCraft will provide services spanning Liferay implementation and deployment, portal development and modernisation, system integration, digital experience strategy, application development, cloud and DevOps, managed services and transformation advisory.

Manish Gupta, Director, Liferay India, said enterprises are increasingly looking to connect existing technology investments with flexible digital experience platforms as they modernise their digital environments.

He added that the partnership with MindCraft brings together Liferay DXP and MindCraft’s consulting, integration and delivery capabilities to address complex enterprise requirements while enabling more connected digital experiences.

Mukesh Marfatia, Head of Strategic Partnerships, MindCraft, said the collaboration combines Liferay’s digital experience capabilities with MindCraft’s expertise in technology, consulting, integration and delivery.

He added that the partnership will focus on helping enterprises modernise legacy environments, simplify technology ecosystems and develop scalable digital experiences aligned with their business requirements.

MindCraft brings more than 20 years of experience in developing portal solutions for the BFSI sector. As part of the partnership, the company plans to expand its Liferay practice through additional technical capabilities, solution accelerators and industry-specific offerings.

The two companies will also explore joint go-to-market initiatives, customer engagements and thought-leadership programmes. The partnership is expected to develop solutions addressing common industry challenges while allowing enterprises to tailor implementations to their specific requirements. The companies aim to help organisations simplify their digital technology environments and derive measurable business value from transformation initiatives.
