LTM has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud to help enterprises accelerate the adoption and deployment of Gemini Enterprise across business functions.
The expanded partnership will combine Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise capabilities with LTM’s industry expertise, engineering resources and global delivery capabilities to help organisations move AI initiatives from experimentation to production.
As part of the initiative, LTM plans to establish a dedicated Gemini Enterprise Centre of Excellence (CoE) and invest in specialised talent, delivery capabilities and industry-specific AI solutions. These capabilities will be showcased through an upcoming Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience Center.
The collaboration is structured around three key areas:
- Gemini Enterprise Centre of Excellence: A dedicated team bringing together AI, cloud and industry expertise to support enterprise-scale Gemini Enterprise deployments.
- Specialised talent and delivery: Forward Deployed Engineers, specialists in Google’s Gemini AI models, and enhanced training and certification programmes aimed at helping organisations move priority AI use cases into production.
- Industry-focused AI solutions: LTM will develop AI solutions for sectors including BFSI, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, media and entertainment, and energy and utilities. These solutions will be demonstrated at the upcoming Customer Experience Center.
The companies aim to help enterprises move beyond standalone AI pilots by embedding intelligent agents and AI-powered workflows into business processes. The collaboration will also focus on enabling enterprises to deploy AI with the governance, security, and scalability required for broader adoption.
