Allcargo Logistics is using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to automate financial processes, improve operational visibility, and strengthen governance, reducing its month-end financial close time by 30%.

The company has migrated its finance operations from legacy on-premises systems to Oracle’s cloud platform, standardising core business processes and reducing manual intervention. The implementation includes Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

Founded in 1993, Allcargo Logistics operates more than 700 facilities across India and serves customers in sectors including e-commerce, automotive and pharmaceuticals. The company adopted the cloud platform to support its expansion, improve reporting and introduce AI-driven automation into routine business processes.

Sanjay Khiyani, Chief Information Officer, Allcargo Logistics, said the implementation has brought more than 4,000 users and over 700 operating units onto a single integrated platform. He added that the unified environment provides a foundation for using AI to simplify workflows, improve visibility and support business growth.

With Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Allcargo Logistics has standardised finance processes across its operations, helping teams reduce manual work while improving financial reporting and controls. Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement has also enabled the company to automate end-to-end purchasing processes and establish a consistent view of procurement activity across its distributed operations.

Shailesh Singla, Vice President, Cloud Applications, Oracle India, said AI capabilities and Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications are designed to help logistics companies automate routine tasks, allowing employees to focus more on decisions and priorities that influence business outcomes.

The deployment reflects Allcargo Logistics’ broader digital transformation strategy as it seeks to improve process efficiency, strengthen governance, and support increasingly complex supply chain operations through cloud-based enterprise applications.
