For sustainability, startups should invest more in R&D: Praval Singh, Vice President, Zoho

Despite being the third largest hub for startups, India only has 108 or so unicorns. What’s missing? “Unicorn is overhyped… At Zoho, we don’t think that the ‘Unicorn’ label measures the success of a business but profitability does.
