Automation Anywhere and AI Kiran have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at training one million individuals for careers in artificial intelligence by 2030, with a strong focus on women and youth. The initiative seeks to build a future-ready workforce by equipping participants with technical skills, certifications, and access to AI and automation technologies.

The partnership is designed to support India’s expanding AI ecosystem by preparing talent for advanced roles as organisations increasingly adopt automation and intelligent workflows. As part of the collaboration, learners will receive access to Automation Anywhere’s agentic AI and automation platform, along with community-driven initiatives such as builder networks, fellowship programmes, and recognition platforms that highlight emerging talent in the AI ecosystem.
