Coforge launches agentic AI-based IT operations platform EvolveOps.AI

0 0

Coforge has announced the launch of EvolveOps.AI, an agentic AI-powered IT operations management platform designed to support enterprises operating across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The platform is positioned to help organisations improve operational resilience, reduce downtime and move towards more autonomous IT operations as AI adoption accelerates.

According to Coforge, EvolveOps.AI is built to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise IT systems spanning edge, private cloud and public cloud environments. It leverages agentic AI capabilities to automate monitoring, incident management and operational decision-making across complex infrastructure estates.

Supporting autonomous IT operations

EvolveOps. AI is designed to build on existing enterprise investments in observability, data fabric and automation platforms. Built on open-source technologies, the platform can be deployed using pre-built connectors, a purpose-tuned small language model and a set of agent-based operational roles that execute tasks across IT operations management.

By applying machine learning and AI across a unified operational data layer, the platform aims to reduce alert noise, accelerate incident detection and resolution, and improve the reliability of mission-critical systems. Coforge stated that early enterprise deployments have shown reductions in system downtime, operational costs, and mean time to detection and resolution, alongside faster product release cycles.

Ashish Kumar, Global Business Unit Head – Cloud, AI-Infra, Security & ServiceNow at Coforge, said the platform reflects the company’s broader “Mission Zero” approach, which focuses on minimising disruption, manual intervention and friction during cloud and infrastructure transformation. He noted that EvolveOps.AI is intended to help organisations shift from reactive incident response to more proactive and autonomous operations.

Agentic architecture and governance controls

At the core of EvolveOps. AI is a combination of fine-tuned small language models and deterministic models, designed to balance reasoning capability with predictable outcomes in operational environments. The platform currently includes 28 agentic personas, covering roles such as site reliability engineering (SRE), infrastructure and cloud engineering, network operations, Kubernetes operations, service management and FinOps.

These agents are designed to analyse conditions, reason through scenarios and execute actions across complex IT environments. The platform includes governance guardrails that allow organisations to operate in a human-in-the-loop mode or transition to higher levels of autonomy, depending on risk and compliance requirements.

Hybrid and multi-cloud integration

EvolveOps. AI has been architected to integrate with major hyperscalers and enterprise IT operations platforms. Its hybrid cloud management capabilities support policy-driven automation across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, as well as private cloud environments. The platform also integrates with a wide ecosystem of observability, IT service management, security and automation tools.

Coforge said this approach allows enterprises to introduce autonomous operations without disrupting existing technology stacks while enabling consistent governance, FinOps and reliability practices across distributed cloud environments.
