Being Human Clothing partners with Fynd to enhance digital commerce operations and customer experience
Fynd has announced a strategic partnership with Being Human Clothing to strengthen the fashion brand’s digital commerce infrastructure and streamline customer experience across channels.
Under the collaboration, Being Human Clothing will adopt Fynd’s unified commerce platform to modernise order management, catalogue operations and customer engagement workflows through an integrated, AI-driven ecosystem. The deployment aims to simplify digital operations while supporting scale across direct-to-consumer channels and online marketplaces.
As part of the initiative, the brand is leveraging Kaily, Fynd’s AI-powered customer communication platform, to manage support interactions across WhatsApp, email and chatbot channels. The platform enables automated, consistent communication during high-traffic sales periods, helping maintain service continuity during spikes in order volumes.
The partnership also includes the implementation of a centralised Order Management System (OMS) designed to manage the full order lifecycle, from fulfilment and logistics coordination to cancellations and returns across multiple commerce touchpoints. The solution is expected to improve operational visibility and enable faster execution as the brand expands its digital footprint.
In addition, Being Human Clothing has adopted Fynd’s AI-led catalogue tools, including AI Snap for automated product imagery creation and AI-based Product Information Management (PIM) to standardise and enrich product data. The company said these capabilities have reduced manual effort while improving catalogue accuracy and speed to market.
Executives from both organisations noted that brands are increasingly shifting towards unified commerce operating layers that combine automation, AI and real-time data to improve efficiency and deliver consistent customer experiences. During peak seasonal demand, the integrated platform enabled the brand to manage elevated order volumes while maintaining stable operations and uninterrupted communication.
Through the partnership, Fynd will serve as a single technology and operations partner supporting Being Human Clothing’s long-term digital commerce strategy, enabling faster go-to-market execution and a more consistent omnichannel brand experience.
