Seasoned Technology and Digital Leader, Gyan Pandey, has joined Polycab as its Chief Digital and Information Officer (CIO). Gyan is a seasoned technology and digital leader with over 25+ years of experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and enterprise IT.
Prior to joining Polycab, he served as Head – Digital / Chief Digital Officer at Voltas Limited – A TATA Enterprise, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives and helped embed data-driven decision-making across business functions.
At Voltas, his leadership was instrumental in shaping future-ready technology strategies, advancing cloud-enabled operations, and fostering innovation grounded in practical business value. Gyan’s capability to align digital strategy with organizational performance has earned recognition across industry forums and technology leadership platforms.
In his new role at Polycab, Gyan will drive the company’s technology vision, digital transformation agenda, and the integration of strategic IT initiatives to accelerate operational excellence and competitive differentiation.
