LTM, ServiceNow expand partnership to scale enterprise adoption of agentic AI

0 3

LTM and ServiceNow have announced plans to expand their partnership to help enterprises deploy and manage artificial intelligence (AI) agents across business functions. The collaboration will focus on developing joint solutions and go-to-market initiatives, combining ServiceNow’s AI Platform with LTM’s domain, engineering and transformation expertise.

The companies said the expanded partnership would help enterprises move from individual AI use cases to wider adoption of agentic AI, with an emphasis on governance and business outcomes.

LTM, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, serves more than 700 customers jointly with the platform provider. The companies plan to use LTM’s own deployment of ServiceNow technologies as a reference for helping customers implement and scale AI agents.

LTM deploys 1,500 AI agents across its operations

As part of its internal transformation, LTM has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI agents across its operations. The company said the agents work alongside employees as part of a digital workforce.

LTM is also using ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower to manage its AI assets and oversee associated risks. The company expects the deployment to improve AI asset management and efficiency by up to 80%.

The internal deployment is expected to inform the joint solutions and go-to-market programmes that the two companies develop for enterprise customers.

ServiceNow platform supports business operations

The companies said ServiceNow’s platform is being used across LTM’s cybersecurity, human resources, IT and project delivery functions.

According to LTM, the deployment has helped streamline security operations, reduce IT ticket volumes and enable up to 87% faster senior management review cycles.

The expanded partnership will build on these deployments to help customers implement AI agents across their business operations.

Focus on AI governance and enterprise adoption

The partnership comes as enterprises look to extend AI agent deployments beyond individual use cases. However, the growing number of agents operating within business systems also raises questions around access, accountability and risk management.

ServiceNow said its Super Intelligence Control Tower provides visibility into AI assets and helps organisations monitor associated risks.

“LTM is showing what an AI-powered enterprise looks like: a new workforce of AI agents working alongside their people, delivering faster threat responses, fewer IT tickets, and higher HR productivity,” said Kulmeet Bawa, GVP and Managing Director, ServiceNow India and SAARC.

He added that enterprises need to know where their AI agents are operating, what they are doing and who is accountable for their actions.

Krishnan Iyer, chief growth officer, LTM, said the expanded partnership would help enterprises move agentic AI from experimentation to business implementation.

The companies plan to develop joint solutions and go-to-market programmes aimed at helping customers deploy and scale AI agents across enterprise environments.
