TASC deploys Salesforce Agentforce to automate lead sourcing and engagement in staffing operations

TASC Outsourcing has deployed Agentforce, Salesforce’s autonomous AI agent framework, to modernise its sales and engagement processes across its staffing and workforce solutions business. The initiative is part of a broader effort to unify sales, marketing and operational workflows and improve productivity across distributed teams.

Through the collaboration with Salesforce, TASC has consolidated sales and marketing operations on Salesforce and introduced AI-driven agents to address previously fragmented recruitment and customer engagement processes. The deployment is focused on supporting revenue growth while improving coordination between sales, recruitment and delivery teams.

Automating lead sourcing and outreach

TASC operates across India and the Middle East, supporting clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. As part of the transformation, the company integrated Agentforce Sales with its existing applicant tracking system (ATS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, creating a unified system for sales and operations.

Two autonomous AI agents were introduced: a lead sourcing agent and a lead engagement agent. The lead sourcing agent is designed to identify and qualify prospects at scale, generating more than 2,000 actionable leads during the initial phase. The engagement agent automates outreach and follow-ups, contributing to a reported sixfold increase in email response rates.

According to TASC, the combined use of autonomous agents has enabled faster response times, improved pipeline visibility and closer alignment between sales and recruitment functions.

Data-driven sales and performance insights

In addition to Agentforce, TASC has implemented Tableau to support advanced analytics and performance tracking across regions. Sales leaders can now access consolidated insights into pipeline health, engagement effectiveness and regional performance, enabling more informed decision-making.

The company said the initiative supports its longer-term shift from a traditional staffing model towards a more technology-led workforce solutions approach, particularly as demand for speed, compliance and scale increases across the HR outsourcing sector.

Workforce solutions in a changing market

TASC’s leadership noted that enterprises across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region are accelerating digital adoption, driving the need for more integrated and responsive workforce solutions. Embedding automation and real-time insights into core processes is intended to help the organisation scale operations while maintaining service consistency across onboarding, deployment and compliance workflows.

The deployment reflects a broader trend within the staffing and HR services industry, where AI-driven automation is increasingly being used to improve lead management, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
